If EA provides the means to create a definitive AS-IS model, it will unequivocally reveal:
What's beneath the hood (architecture complexity).
The true cost and timeline of operations.
Crucially: how this AS-IS model supports or hinders the institution's objectives and capabilities.
My role is to deliver clarity:
What needs adjustment, when it's due, how to execute it, and where to focus.
This approach—simple, clear, precise—is far more compelling than telling the board, "Alignments will be done."
